stayed here for one night and it really exceeded my expectations. the staff was super friendly and accommodating, which made the check-in process smooth. the room was decently clean and had all the basic amenities we needed, making it a comfortable place to rest for the night.

During my solo trip, I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating, especially with making sure I was comfortable. However, the bathroom was outdated, and I did encounter some cleanliness issues that left me feeling uneasy during my stay. While the location is decent for nearby attractions, the overall experience didn't meet my expectations.

Super comfy and clean place!

We had a lovely stay! The front desk dude was super nice and really went outta his way for us. Our room was fresh and had a cute wall painting. Free breakfast was a hit! Only hiccup was some noise from kids running around early in the morning. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch too!

The stay was relaxing. the cozy atmosphere and comfy beds made for a perfect night’s sleep. The clean room impressed me, even if a few renovations seemed necessary.

We enjoyed our one-night visit, thanks to the welcoming staff! Our King Room felt spacious and clean, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night. For a quick meal, try the nearby IHOP – it’s a perfect place to recharge before hitting the road!

Upon entering the room, a strong musty smell hit me like a blaster bolt. The door had a noticeable 1-inch gap all the way around, letting in sounds from the hallway. The sheets had visible tears, and I found some staining in the toilet that was less than appealing. Breakfast options were paltry at 7:30 am-no milk or cereal in sight, and the coffee I encountered was cold. A bit of a letdown considering the price point compared to other options nearby.

great access to parks and the teddy bear house museum

During my recent stay, I really appreciated how close I was to the Crosby Arboretum, which is only about 5 km away, providing a beautiful natural escape, and the Teddy Bear House Museum is nearly 4 km from the hotel, allowing for a delightful afternoon stroll while exploring quirky local attractions.

We had a fun family night watching the latest movie at Acadiana Cinemas next door, which made our stay even better. The staff was friendly and offered us complimentary breakfast at IHOP, which was a nice touch after our long day.

My kids wished the cleaning crew could do a better job overall.

The bed, while made, had stains on the sheets that worried me. The noise levels were also disruptive. I could hear every movement from the hallway and neighboring rooms. The breakfast consisted of just a couple of cereal options and weak coffee, not what I expected.
